Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address — either directly, or from Google if you sign in with Google. When you place an order, we collect the shipping address and order details needed to fulfill it. When you apply to sell, we collect your business details and, if you provide them, your social/website links and a profile picture.

We do not collect or store your payment card details ourselves — payments are processed by Stripe, and seller payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. See Stripe’s own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the marketplace: creating and fulfilling orders, connecting buyers and sellers through messaging, sending order and account notifications (in-app and by email), and processing payments and payouts.

Sharing

We share the minimum information necessary with third parties who help us run the service: Stripe (payments and payouts), our database and authentication provider, and our email provider (for account and order emails). A seller you order from can see the shipping details and contact info needed to fulfill your order. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

Your choices

You can review and update your account details from your account page at any time. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us — we'll retain records required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes as needed.
